Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery Fee: PKR 200.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on orders above PKR 9,999.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.

For COD orders, customers are required to provide complete and accurate shipping information.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

Delayed Deliveries: In case of unexpected delays due to weather, strikes, or other circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
